W.Bro. Ivan D.A. Caroll Honoured with 50-Years Golden Anniversary Celebration
A memorable day for the Craft as W.Bro. Ivan D. A. Caroll celebrated his Golden Anniversary, 50 years of faithful service in Freemasonry.
The District Grand Lodge of Sierra Leone and The Gambia marked the milestone in open lodge. After a citation detailing his 50 years of dedication was read out by the District Grand Orator, the moment was set for the presentation.
The Rt. W. District Grand Master then invited the Immediate Past District Grand Master of Ghana to carry out the honour. As seen in the photo, the Immediate Past District Grand Master of Ghana presented W.Bro. Ivan D.A. Caroll with a special 50-Year Golden Anniversary lapel pin, pinning it to his regalia before the assembled brethren.
It was a proud occasion - 5 decades of brotherhood, service, and commitment to the principles of the Craft, recognized with the gold that symbolizes endurance and value. Brethren in full regalia witnessed the ceremony, applauding a true “Golden Mason”.
